Refund policy
As these items are typically produced and customized with the SUZUKI logo and dealer information, they are not re-stockable or refundable items. However, if there is a manufacturing defect issue with your order, within 30 days of outgoing shipment, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to bring the situation to a resolution that you're happy with. Each case will be handled on it's own merits with the goal of maintaining happy and reasonable customers that would come back and do business with us again.
